Bug Description
It was not possible to start a chat with a person from group chat. Only after the person messaged me the chat was created and I could message him.

This seems to be the case only when the contact is someone who is seen in the group chat only with "Unknown" (in details) and/OR "DELETED" names (in yellow letters, in the chat view).
