Bug Description
Send an image over a slow network connection so that the actual sending of the data takes longer than the screen timeout. The sending fails.
Also reproducable by sending the image and switching to another app while the image is still uploading.
I am aware that this is due to the app lifecycling and not the fault of the telegram app per se. Nevertheless, the Telegram app shows this flaw and this needs to be addressed somehow.

There should have been a re-send swipe action, but was a bug that prevented from showing it. There's a related issue I have to resolve, we're re-trying to send content (say, failed picture), and immediately schedule deletion of that failed message, which effectively removes the content being sent.
