I found an exact way to reproduce the error:

1. Open the IntroExample
2. Go to simulator
3. Mouse over the IntroExample component (now the text says: Uncheck to deactive the compoment - this is also wrong and
   should be removed from the simulator mode).
4. Now click at IntroExample and place the mouse just above the "I" in IntroExample. This will deactive the component
    in the simulator mode and issues a warning.
