Comment 46 for bug 1384342

I've had this issue on 3 different machines, several times a week. Kernel 3.18 seemed to reduce how often it happened, but it still happened.

3.19 seems to have fixed the issue for me, I’ve been running it all day since rc1 and it has not happened yet.
