The backlight brightness restore (handled by system76-daemon) sometimes isn't working on Utopic.

This happened a while back on a new Ubuntu release because the system76-driver Upstart job wasn't quite correct (because of some changes in the overall event architecture in Ubuntu). So likely we need a similar tweak for Utopic, although I'm don't yet sure what specific change we'll need.
