Comment 1 for bug 3718

Michael, can we get notified if user input is required in the terminal? so we could "disable" the terminal during normal operation and only enable the terminal widget if it is required.

Furthermore I think that the terminal widgets looks like a normal terminal, so the user could expect that it also behaves like a normal terminal.

The terminal widget exists, since some packages still require user input during installation.
