What is this bug about?

[El Microvio (el-microvio)]

Switchboard 0.9 in Ubuntu 12.04 Pantheon session only appears on a row
with the personnel section ... However, on 3 gnome interface displays
all the sections. It is only in session in ubuntu elementary own which
does not work.
