Switchboard shows a column of icons when opened

Switchboard misses/overlaps the bottom entries by default- contents cannot be scrolled and the window can't be re-sized as well. Can others confirm this bug?

Nobody has mentioned that using the Search function helps rearrange the icons in the expected grid.
