Bug Description

Lewis brought up the idea of locking the session when a bluetooth device disconnects. This would mean that for example walking away from the computer should lock the screen.

I think that we would need to do some kind of roundtripping and not just watch for a disconnect to make sure we're getting a good idea of proximity.

There should be a quick way to intercept and prevent this this (like an 5 second actionable notification), to prevent cases where I move away from my phone with the laptop in my hands or where someone else uses my phone and goes away with it from locking the computer.

Copying over Shawn McTear's ideas from bug #1613123

- Keep unlocked when Bluetooth device is nearby (Phone, smartwatch, fitness bracket)
- Keep unlocked when connected to specific WiFi network
- Keep unlocked during specific time range (maybe also when connected to specific WiFi network)
