Bug Description
A neat feature to add to elementary is something similar to Smart Lock on Android and ChromeOS.
- Keep unlocked when Bluetooth device is nearby (Phone, smartwatch, fitness bracket)
- Keep unlocked when connected to specific WiFi network
- Keep unlocked during specific time range (maybe also when connected to specific WiFi network)

Although part of this is a duplicate of #1593546 (wasn't aware of that bug report existing), not all of it is. WiFi and time range don't fall under Bluetooth indicator.
