This still happens to me regularly. Is there a command I can run when it happens to help finding the cause?
Sometimes, when this bug happens, I can see only one or two access points out of the 20 that are usually available.
Going to sleep and wake again (closed lid) does not fix this.
Rebooting fixes the problem.
