Comment 4 for bug 1487479

I'm going to change it back to "confirmed" because it seems there is some action we can take. According to Lucas, in French (for example) it would be capitalized as a title, but not in a sentence. So while we probably don't want to force capitalization, it would be useful to have a comment in the translator notes that it is a title.
