Keyboard plug doesn't display Gala's zoom in/out shortcuts under "Universal Access" category.
Perhaps Gala is unnecessarily duplicating this key. We should evaluate if a separate key is needed. If yes, make keyboard plug read Gala's settings instead; otherwise fix Gala.
