Bug Description
in elementary Loki I am not able to enable bluetooth from the settings panel, also there is no icon on the wingpanel for bluetooth.
I am dual booting windows 10 and elementary.
It also affect bluetooth device in windows.
I have to disable and enable it again then when I boot to Elementary it shows and works fine.

What is your bluetooth controller? Sounds like you might be having a driver issue, and the kernel doesn't know you have such a controller.
