Cannot enable bluetooth

in elementary Loki I am not able to enable bluetooth from the settings panel, also there is no icon on the wingpanel for bluetooth.
I am dual booting windows 10 and elementary.
It also affect bluetooth device in windows.
I have to disable and enable it again then when I boot to Elementary it shows and works fine.

What is your bluetooth controller? Sounds like you might be having a driver issue, and the kernel doesn't know you have such a controller.

Its a broadcom device.

suggest any driver if i could change.

But its works fine somtimes, and in ubuntu it used to work perfectly fine
even in the Elementary Freya it was working fine.

*Qualccomm Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0.*

*Any idea how where can i look?*

I believe this is a duplicate of bug #1529535 . Let me know if the solution suggested there works. If not, we'll have to look for something else.
