Note that this seems to depend on the regions.

US Standard, us-east-1: 200 OK
Others: BUcketAlreadyOwnedByYou (409 Conflict)

Anyways, we might fix the response however it seems not urgent because almost of S3 regions returns 409 Conflict and then Swift3 also does so (even though the message is different a bit).
