Comment 2 for bug 2028175

I ran this a bunch in a loop on my laptop and couldn't reproduce (even while my machine was busy/slow doing other things). I was hoping to get examine the failed state as context while reasoning about the assert - like maybe just running the recociler again fixed it or something. But I guess I'll just have to state at the code; maybe it's picking the wrong device/config sometimes.
