Yes, you're right. The parameter is now called max_get_time, see commit 6acea29fa65e87ca9639172295c611412d7d6148 (https://github.com/openstack/swift/commit/6acea29fa65e87ca9639172295c611412d7d6148).

I think the best would be to simply remove it; if someone used it in the past it should have been changed in the meantime - the above change became effective in Swift 1.13.
