I think this use case is a bit different than the build failures mode so it makes sense to put this in a separate script. Just about all components I imagine are needed are already in place so this is probably is cheap to implement.

Do you want this to be just a simple scan of the successful build in one archive, without cross checking? Or something like checking the build logs of similar builds in other archives to avoid filing those bugs? Now that I wrote that sentence I realize that this would probably become a bit fuzzy.
