Comment 8 for bug 255601

I couldn't resist and insstead of installing a full new CD. I simply upgraded the sources and hibernate does now work. I opened some programs that I wanted to "save state."
 For now the bug is solved way to go ubuntu team! I'm going to change the status to solved. If anyone else is having an issue feel free to change to "reopened." I'll happily test anything that might be added.

But as a side note, when I get a chance. I will open a new bug I think on nvidia driver i'm not sure yet.
