Bug Description

Window controls will some times remain displayed, even after all of the windows have either been closed, minimized or un-maximized.

I believe this is a side effect of some weirdness with https://bugs.launchpad.net/super-wingpanel/+bug/1284101 which has been fixed in the daily PPA (version 187). Please give that a try and let me know if you are still seeing issues.
