Noble Daily fails to boot.

Noble Ubuntu Daily: 20231217

ISO images from current and pending both failed to boot.

This KVM VM machine test-case, with either SecureBoot enabled or disabled. Same result.

Normal boot ends at the Initial" white panle, where it would ask for language, but is just white, with nothing, not even a progress indicator. Will no toggle to another vtty.

Safe Graphics boot ends at a black screen, when the underlying Boot Messages stop, to inti the graphics layer. Will not toggle to another vtty.

Init 3 boot parameter from Grub2 menu screen ends at same point as safe graphics, as if the kernel is not booting all the way.

Had to boot off a previous daily image to report this, and to give the machine info of what it happened on. (Note: problem was not on this ISO image.)
