Bug Description
When autoinstall comes to the task to update / upgrade its installed packages, it ignores the apt proxy. In wireshark I can see, that the server is trying to connect to de.archive.
In 20.04.4 this issue does not exist.
As there is no option to disable auto upgrade we are not able to rollout Ubuntu 22.04.
