Bug Description
Booting a subiquity installer image gives a description of the network interfaces as "not configured" because they have not been configured via netplan.
- the installer image should provide a default netplan config, not an eni config as it currently does.
- we don't want to describe these interfaces as "not configured", as this is confusing.
From talking to Michael, it's possible the second issue is fixed automatically if we address the first.

I changed the wording a bit, it now says "Has no IPv%s configuration," instead of "not configured". Enough to close this? Or should we want until the installer image uses netplan?
