Comment 2 for bug 648650

It happened after re-installing the sub-downloader. I am using window vista
home edition.
Now also if I remove and re-install, it does not ask for the language
selection and installs the sub downloader in this new language like the
following : Начин за употреба на SubDownloader

The software is working all right except that the language has changed on
