Storm 0.15 installs to /usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/storm rather than /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/storm

As discussed with jkakar and therve on #storm on Oct 7th, the solution may be as simple as passing --prefix=/usr to the install script.
