The ocular menu is in the upper right corner when I launch Stellarium. Arrow keys work fine. N & P keys plus enter have no effect. Depressing Alt+O once does nothing. Depressing it a second time opens the Ocular Plugin window. What do you mean by pop-up menu? Are you referring to the menu in the upper right corner which is there at launch? Also, how do you close the menu in the upper right corner?

You did notice that you can use the arrow buttons in the new control panel, right?

Do you mean keyboard keys? If the menu works, when the ocular mode is on, open the menu with Alt+O, then press N for "Next" and "P" for "Previous". At the moment, you need to finish by pressing Enter, because there are two items with the same shortcuts. I need to think of a way to fix that.

Switches into sensor overlay mode - shows a rectangle indicating the FOV of a CCD mounted in the primary focus.

  I am running 0.11.0 on HP desktop with WIN 7 64bit with SP1. The
  Oculars plugin ALT O command does not work in Full-screen mode.
