Comment 23 for bug 806090

I have encountered this problem in 0.11.2 and 0.11.4 running on
Alienware M11x R3
Intel i7-2637M
Intel HD Graphics 3000
Nvidia GeForce GT 540M
Windows 7 Home Premium

The problem occurs when using the Intel HD Graphics 3000 graphics processor.
By default, the power management software on this machine will select this GPU to run Stellarium.
Switching from the built-in Graphics 3000 to the GeForce GT 540M removes the problem.

I have NOT observed any problem when using 0.11.1, 0.11.2 and 0.11.4 running on
Toshiba Qosmio F60
Intel i7-620M
Nvidia GeForce GT 330M
Windows 7 Home Premium

With dual GPU machines it is worth checking which one is actually being used.
