The pop-up menu changes with the context. If you open the menu after you have enabled ocular view, it will contain options to switch to the previous or next ocular or telescope or to select directly an ocular or telescope. You can also use keyboard shortcuts inside the menu - the underlined letters indicate which key triggers the shortcut. At the moment, it doesn't work very well for oculars, because there are two "Next" and "Previous" entries that use the same shortcut keys.
