switch from full screen to windowed view

If I start Stellarium, it starts in full screen mode (Windows Stellarium 0.13.3). That is ok with me. If I switch to windows mode (using F11). The title bar of the window is just outside the physical window. (aka not visible) If I resize the Stellarium window, I get to see the title bar again. So could the Stellarium window be positioned in such a way that it is fully visible?

To be honest, this is not a large bug! There is a work around (resize the window), but still.

Please check config.ini settings for windowed mode.

Ok, I now start up in windowed mode and then it ll works correctly. Thanks.

If I start with full screen, I have still the problem (but I have now
overcome it by starting in windowed mode). I did not try any positioning in
config.ini.
