I cannot find 0.13.0.82 at that link. There is a 0.13.1.82 that I see is a dev build. Did you mean that?

Also: an update on the issue behavior description.

 It is initiated when touchpad gestures are used to zoom in or out on the sky view. After that point, the touchpad cannot be used to select objects in the sky view. Closing then restarting Stellarium brings back the selection functionality until the zoom gesture is used again which then disables the selection function.

I will load 0.13.1.82 and see if the behavior remains.
