Thank You for Stellarium!! It is a wonderful product and causes lots of enjoyment!!
This 64 bit version (0.13) of Stellarium does not show shadows of moons on another moon like the prior version (0.12) did during a mutual occultation.
Here is one example:
Jupiter's moon Callisto eclipses Ganymede on October 30 and then on October 31, 2014 from Boston, MA.
I captured a video from the 0.12 64 bit version several months ago and it is posted here:

It clearly shows the shadow of Callisto sweeping over Ganymede twice. The current 64 bit version 0.13 does not.
Anything that you can do to resolve this issue is sincerely appreciated.
