I did not see this reported: I run Stellarium in Windows 7. (I run the 64 bit version if it is available.) I run Stellarium 24 hours a day as a "real time moon" display. Worked fine on 12.4. in 13.0 and 13.1, I noticed it seems to work fine, but when the date of the PC changes, i.e., the time passes midnight, Stellarium retains the previous day's date. So the next day, even though Stellarium shows the correct time, the moon's phase is the previous day's because Stellarium did not increment the date.

So to reproduce this problem, start Stellarium 13 or 13.1, zoom in and "lock" on the moon, then wait till after midnight and you should see that Stellarium did not increment the date.

To solve, I re-installed 12.4 and it works fine.
