Bug Description
Revision 6681 make Stellarium ignore screen_h and screen_w in config.ini
I have set screen_h=768 and sccreen_w=1024, but revision 6681, after exit full screen, stellarium just fit its window with the top osx's menu bar, instead of 1024x768
