We don't changed texture for Saturn since branch 0.10, but we change rendering engine. Fallback mode (Start -> Programs -> Stellarium -> Stellarium (Fallback mode)) disable shaders and OpenGL2+ features - this mode switch the Stellarium for using OpenGL1 backend. From log I see that your GPU support OpenGL2 but don't support some shaders (Fragment shader not supported by HW of your GPU) and Stellarium try use mixed mode.
