Mark this one off your list. It was an erroneous report. The night
vision DOES WORK CORRECTLY.
Apparently I did not activate the option correctly but I have since been
able to observe the device with the night vision as expected and cannot
replicate the failure.
Consider it and ID 10 T report. Sorry!
