    Debian: remove the mtce-guest from stx-std.lst

    The https://review.opendev.org/c/starlingx/nfv/+/869817
    deactivates the mtce-guest services. Since we haven't finished
    the job of cleaning up stx-std.lst, still need to remove them from
    stx-std.lst as well.
