The following error is reports in the sysinv.log on successful apply of metrics-server

ERROR sysinv.helm.kustomize_base [-] Malformed HelmRelease: /opt/platform/fluxcd/22.12/metrics-server/1.0-1/metrics-server-fluxcd-manifests/metrics-server/helmrelease.yaml contains more than one yaml doc.

1. Perform system application-upload of metrics-server

2. Perform system application-apply of metrics server

Observe errors in the sysinv.log

I had performed a swact and reapplied metrics-server then

3. proceeded to remove with system application-remove and system application-delete commands

Expected Behavior
------------------
Not expect sysinv errors

Actual Behavior
