This looks very similar to https://review.opendev.org/c/starlingx/vault-armada-app/+/772616 and we are indeed missing the imagePullSecrets on the new pci-irq-affinity-agent chart.

Maybe this was oversaw due to local tests and local image builds...

We are testing and will open a change in a bit.
