AIO+worker: No parallel option in horizon for Patch Strategy Creation

There was no patch strategy parallel option in horizon for Aio+worker . This was observed while testing patch orchestration on AIO+worker. Check the attached gui image shows only serial option for worker node.

This lp was open for lp https://bugs.launchpad.net/starlingx/+bug/1842747 . To clarify this is only horizon issue.

Steps to Reproduce
------------------
1. Upload patch
2. Apply patch
3. Login horizon .
4. Try to create patch strategy with parallel option for worker node . As per description there was no option parallel in horizon gui.

AIO+worker system with IPv6 configuration wolfpass8-13

Expected Behavior

Able create patch strategy with worker node parallel.

As per description only serial is showing no option for parallel

    Make parallel option available for AIO patch strategy

    This change is to replicate the behavior of CLI command in GUI
    to make the parallel and ignore options available in AIO load
    for creating patch strategy.
