Brief Description

Currently the max number of workers supported by AIODX system is limited 4. This limit seems low and needs to be revisited, especially when OpenStack app is not installed. In general, the limit should be raised until the benefits of AIODX+N config no longer outweigh the benefits of a Standard system config.
