Still see this issue on vbox AIO-DX.
According to Tao, this is due to the mismatch of irqaffinity setup in kickstart and sysinv puppet.
Kickstart sets it to irqaffinity=0,1 while sysinv puppet operator set it to irqaffinity=0-1 in the hiera data.
