Comment 52 for bug 1841189

Sorry for the late response.
I have been swamped and will not have a chance to look at this.

As you can see from my comment above ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/starlingx/+bug/1841189/comments/46 )
the ping was failing only after the live migration (but not every time)

I can tell you the following details however:
- a new instance could be launched and could ping successfully to each target (ie. even though it was on the same host as the instance that could not ping successfully)
- if the instance that could not ping was subsequently live migration away from and back to the same host, the ping started to work again
