Comment 20 for bug 1841189

I installed the AIO-Duplex environment use the image September 25, 2019.
When I perform lock/unlock processing on the contoller-1 node, controller-0 does not show that the cpu exceeds the threshold，and there is no corresponding network error in ovs-switchd.log.
But my two nodes were all in a degraded state. I don't know if it's related to it. So I will rebuild the AIO-Duplex environment and test it again.
