Logs show the successful triggering of network and router reschedule as compute-3 goes down, so all is good there. It seems however, that the L3 agent on compute-3 never recovers -- probably a problem with the pod. Timestamps in the neturon-l3-agent container log on compute-3 end before the reboot, so it is probably from the old pod pre-reboot. I have suggested a change to the test to gather the state of the pods on compute nodes in case this problem re-occurs.
