    Collapse glance into platform in ControllerFS API

    The existing “platform” filesystem is now resizable and added to
    the ControllerFS API. The “glance” filesystem is merged into
    platform and therefore removed from the ControllerFS API.

    This commits updates the GUI.

    Tested in AIO-DX hardware lab.
