Patch (https://review.opendev.org/#/c/667811/) had been updated based on the discussion with Tao.

So far, I still cannot reproduce this issue. Could reporter help to test this patch?
Hopefully, the issue should be fixed if it is caused by vm_hugepages_possible_2M calculation.
