    Support for vxWorks7 guest - add HPET timer support

    This commit adds support for the HPET Timer needed by VxWorks guests.
    Added "Guest HPET support" to WRS flavor extraspecs.
    When this extra-spec is used The HPET timer is activated in libvirt
