Only use 2 decimal places in calibration.yaml

Bug Description

When the calibration plugin saves its .yaml file, it should use 2 decimal places for every number.
Makes it look much tidier.

3 decimals will be better (e.g. position deadband is often 0.002)

This is due to the pyyaml library: even though we're definitely rounding the number before dumping it, it's expanded when doing the dump. Won't fix that.
