In robot_monitor, mark missing tactiles in red

Bug Description

Currently, all five Tactile sensors are green, even if the sensors are absent. Absent ones should be red.

The mask we get for the tactiles is 31 (-> all sensors are seen as received with no error)

This is still unsolved, even when the mask is properly working
